Dory Brand Portable safety valve test bench is a new type of pressure test device for safety valve setting and checking pressure developed by our company for convenience of carrying out and referring to Chinese standard GB/T 12242-2005 (Pressure Release Device, Performance Test Specification).or API527.

The safety valve test bench performs set pressure adjustment, set pressure detection, reseating pressure detection, etc. for various micro-opening safety valves to assess their pressure safety performance.

It is mainly composed of power system and workpiece clamping system.

High pressure power source:

1.1. It is provided by air driven gas booster pump (maximator or haskel) and the maximum output pressure can reach 32MPa, providing pre-increased pressure for the output of high-pressure safety valve;

1.2. Low-pressure power source:

The nitrogen cylinder group (15MPa/40L) is used to provide the detection pressure. Provided by the customer.

Workpiece clamping system:

The clamping system is powered by a manual pressure test pump to provide clamping pressure (0-16MPa output pressure can be provided). The clamping seat has a chuck, and the maximum output of the chuck clamping force is 20T, which fully meets the pressure requirements of the safety valve.
