Brief Introduction

The safety valve comprehensive test bench is a new pressure test device for safety valve setting and checking pressure developed by our company with reference to GB/T 12242-2005 (pressure release device, performance test specification).

Function
The safety valve comprehensive test bench conducts setting pressure adjustment, setting pressure detection, and return pressure detection for various micro-opening safety valves to assess their pressure safety performance.

System composition
It is mainly composed of power system and workpiece clamping system.

Power system:
High pressure power source:
The nitrogen cylinder group (15MPa/40L) provides testing pressure. prepared by customer.

Workpiece clamping system:
The power of the clamping system adopts a manual pressure test pump to provide clamping pressure (can provide 0-40MPa output pressure). There is one chuck in the clamping seat, and the clamping force output of the chuck is up to 20T, which fully meets the pressure requirements of the safety valve.
